After your loan closing, Supreme Lending may sell your loan to an investor. During the first 30 days after your loan closing, you will NOT have immediate access to Supreme Lending’s loan servicing website. If your loan is sold, you will be provided with written notification of this in advance of the transfer date, along with your new loan servicer’s contact information.

You may be assigned a new loan number after your loan closes. If you are assigned a new loan number, you will be notified via your monthly billing statement. We recommend that you always review your monthly and annual statements carefully for important information and to confirm that you understand how your loan is being serviced. We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns about your loan at any time. We will endeavor to provide you with a smooth transition into the servicing of your new loan.
